What is a Token?

A Token is a unique string that allows customers to use the software provided by MatrixHub. It serves as a key to access and authenticate with any of the MatrixHub software products. Each Token is specific to a single device, meaning it can only be used on one device at a time.

Why do you need to Generate a Token?

If you want to use the software on a different device, you will need to generate a new Token. This process deactivates the previous Token and issues a new one, which ensures that each Token remains unique to a single device. This is important for maintaining security and ensuring that only authorized users can access the software on their chosen device.

How to Use the Token?

Once you generate a Token, you can use it to log into any MatrixHub software. Simply enter the Token into the login section of the software, and it will grant you access. Remember, if you decide to switch devices, just generate a new Token and use it on your new device.

Token Usage in Future Software Releases

Your Token will also be required for accessing any future software released by MatrixHub. Regardless of the software, the same Token will grant you access to the services offered by MatrixHub. This approach ensures a seamless and unified access experience across all MatrixHub products.

Whitelist Requirement

In order to generate a Token, you must have an active Whitelist. The Whitelist grants you permission to create and use Tokens. If your Whitelist expires, your Token will be automatically deactivated, meaning you will lose access to all MatrixHub software until your Whitelist is renewed.
